To further promote bilateral agricultural cooperation, Chen put forward a five-point proposal: first, make good use of bilateral agricultural cooperation mechanism to enhance cooperation in a down-to-earth manner; second, build an agricultural cooperation demonstration zone under the framework of the "One Belt One Road' initiative; third, promote bilateral agricultural trade through the platform of the China International Agricultural Trade Fair; fourth, make good use of the China-CEE Agro-trade & Economic Cooperation Forum and other multilateral mechanisms to enrich bilateral cooperation; fifth, actively enhance S&T cooperation in agro-product quality and safety, agricultural machinery and eco-agriculture, among others.
Marian Jurečka fully agreed with Chen on his proposal. He was looking forward to the convening of the first meeting of China-Czech agricultural cooperation working group.
